Bench back extension

Flexiblity Training(10 Minutes)

Hamstring Stretch

Quad Stretch

Groin Stretch

Bicep Stretch

Tricep Stretch

Shoulder Stretch

Chest Stretch

Back Stretch

Cobra Stretch

Downward Dog Stretch

Cardiovascular Training(20 Minutes)
