Resitance Training(40 minutes)

Pullups x4

Wide back pull x4

Dips x4

Preacher dumbell  x4

Leg press x4

Leg curl x4

Bench Press x4

Flexiblity Training(10 Minutes)

Hamstring Stretch

Quad Stretch

Groin Stretch

Bicep Stretch

Tricep Stretch

Shoulder Stretch

Chest Stretch

Back Stretch

Cobra Stretch

Downward Dog Stretch

Cardiovascular Training(20 Minutes)
