“I had used a trainer several years ago when living in Los Angeles, and I knew I responded well to the accountability of working out with someone, so I signed up with The Trainer Guy expecting to benefit from that accountability.  What I got was much more than that.  Keith showed me a lot of the how-tos for working out on a busy schedule, using what I have available to me.  He’s given me a routine to work on for the off days, something I would never do before, but these are reasonable, and based on goals I want to achieve.   I had some exercises for my shoulder from a physiotherapist that were incorporated into our workouts and that weakness is gone!  When I started I was very happy for Keith’s good attitude and convenience, I’m now checking off goals.  I’d recommend The Trainer Guy to anyone.”
