“Keith is awesome! I’ve been training with him for several months. He’s been very good about ensuring my workouts won’t aggravate my previous injuries yet still challenge me. I can’t say that I enjoy working out. I give him full credit for keeping me motivated – yes, there are times I don’t think I can do it and for just getting me to show up. I’d probably have quit many months ago (as I’ve done in the past!) if it wasn’t for Keith. I know my fitness level and strength have improved quite a bit and I could not have done it on my own.
