“I have been training with The Trainer Guy since January 2011. The reason I started with Keith is because of his competitive rates and the convenience of him coming to my house. The reason I stay training with Keith is because he pushes me harder than I normally would push myself. I am always exhausted after a workout with Keith and I usually feel sore the next day which is the perfect measure of a successful workout. I have referred my friends to Keith and will continue to do so.”
