Roasted Garlic Teriyaki Fried Rice with Chicken

Chicken is quickly stir-fried with carrot and onion before mixing into fried rice for a quick and tasty meal.

Here’s What You Need

  • 3 tablespoons Kikkoman Roasted Garlic Teriyaki Marinade & Sauce
  • 4 cups cold cooked rice
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 3 green onions and tops, chopped
  • 1/2 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 carrot, julienned


  1. Cut chicken into thin strips.
  2. Heat oil in hot wok or large skillet over high heat.
  3. Add chicken, green onions and carrot.
  4. Stir-fry 3 minutes, or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.
  5. Add egg; cook, stirring gently, until firm.
  6. Stir in rice and cook until heated through.
  7. Add roasted garlic teriyaki sauce; remove pan from heat.
  8. Stir mixture until well mixed.
  9. Serve immediately.
