Hello my name is Keith McNabb, a.k.a. The Trainer Guy.

I’m a Can-Fit-Pro Certified Personal Trainer in Toronto
I have been working as a Personal Trainer for over 10 years, and have several clients ranging from people who are overweight and are looking to slim down and improve their lifestyle, to people who are in decent shape who want that extra bit of toning and take their training to the next level.

I became a Personal Trainer because I enjoy exercise and helping other people. I was active as a kid, played many sports, ran around and played tag, the whole works. But I never saw the benefit of lifting weights, so I never did it.

Eventually, I went to University and became inactive, was faced with stressful life situations and poor eating habits, I gained weight rapidly. Rather than sit around and do nothing about it and let it get worse, I finally decided to take action. I began going to the gym, and after a lot of hard work, and dedication, I was able to not only lose the weight I had gained, but I had started to pack on the muscle too. This sent me down the path to becoming a Personal Trainer; I wanted to help others share the same results that I was able to get. Results that have forever changed my life.

There is no gimmick, no quick fix, you are the only one standing in your way of success. You are the decider in your results, you decide if you are going to exercise or eat right. In the end,you have to do yourself a favor, think positive, and know that the first step towards your results starts now!
