In and out hands off ground

Side crunchs

Back extensions

Pushups to 1/2 failure
Squats to 1/2 failure

Leg in air crunch

Reverse crunch

Side situps


Flexiblity Training(10 Minutes)

Hamstring Stretch

Quad Stretch

Groin Stretch

Bicep Stretch

Tricep Stretch

Shoulder Stretch

Chest Stretch

Back Stretch

Cobra Stretch

Downward Dog Stretch

Cardiovascular Training(20 Minutes)
