Online Personal Training
A specific program designed especially for you, tailored to help meet your fitness goals. Meetings take place once or twice every month to go over exercise form, adjust the program if necessary and to answer any additional questions you may have. The Online Personal Training Program can be designed to last from 1 to 3 months.

The Trainer Guy now offers live personal training programs available online. We use Skype, a free service that provides two-way video communication so that your trainer is right there in the room with you. It’s easy to use and we will walk you through the simple steps to set it up on your computer.
